About the Instructor

Tamara Marnell

Tamara Marnell has a master's degree in Library Science from Indiana University. As a systems librarian at Central Oregon Community College until January 2021, she helped faculty publish texts and other course materials as Open Educational Resources. Tamara is now the IT Manager for the Orbis Cascade Alliance, a consortium of academic libraries in the Pacific Northwest that includes COCC. She lives in Redmond and enjoys sewing, writing novels, and playing the flute and piano.
